As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With over 15 years of home and commercial construction and remodeling experience, in addition to over 8 years of municipal code enforcement inspections, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house.

We received our certification from the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and adhere to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics. We are also an Associate Member if ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). InterNACHI and ASHI membership both require keeping our knowledge up-to-date with continual education classes every year.
